چکیده
Abstract Chronic pancreatitis (CP) is an end-stage disease with no specific therapy; therefore, early diagnosis of crucial importance. In this study, data from 1315 and 318 patients were analysed acute (AP) CP registries, respectively. The population the AP registry was divided into (n = 983), recurrent (RAP, n 270) 62) groups. prevalence in combination AP, RAP2, RAP3, RAP4 RAP5 + 0%, 1%, 16%, 50% 47%, respectively, suggesting that three or more episodes a strong risk factor for CP. Laboratory, imaging clinical biomarkers highlighted RAP3 do not show significant difference between RAPs Data registries showed 98% had at least one average number four. We mimicked human mouse model found cause chronic-like morphological changes pancreas. concluded attacks to pancreas could be considered as (ECP).The new diagnostic criteria ECP allow majority diagnosed earlier. They can used hospitals additional costs healthcare.

Diagnosis of Acute Pancreatitis
Patients with acute pancreatitis (AP) usually present with sudden onset of abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting. Approximately 80% of patients have interstitial pancreatitis with mild-to-moderate symptoms, and 20% have life-threatening necrotizing disease. Careful clinical assessment and the judicial use of biochemical tests and radiological imaging enables the practitioner to differentiate AP ...

Chronic pancreatitis is a progressive, inflammatory disease of the pancreas, which leads to inflammation and fibrosis, with the potential for exocrine and endocrine insufficiency. The prevalence of the disease is estimated to be 42 per 100,000 and rising (40,105). The pathogenesis of chronic pancreatitis is incompletely understood and complex, involving the interplay of environmental, metabolic...

Animal models for CP in rats can be classified into 2 groups: one is noninvasive or nonsurgical models and the other is invasive or surgical models. Pancreatic injury induced by repetitive injections of supramaximal stimulatory dose of caerulein (Cn) or by intraductal infusion of sodium taurocholate (NaTc) recovered within 14 days, whereas that caused by repetitive injection of arginine or by i...
